For those who remember the bailiff and legal "expert" scammer and his two sidekicks from a couple of years ago.
Well after clearing his atrocious site he decide to take one of us to the high court.For £250,000,for damages to reputation and harrasment. Not that he particutased the sum,it just felt about right.As he said in pleadings.
He somehow managed to get legal aid of approaching £12k.
The court was very lenient with him, granting three chances to present anything that looked like a case. In the end we got tired of him and I asked the judge for strike out. Which he did. I got costs of,£7.5k. I am still chasing him.
Interesting to here is he used every post on here whichconcered his busines and also oon the blog and ascribed them to one author me. Over 3p000 exhibited, all nothing to do with his claim at all
So my question is, do you want me to cover this on here there is si much relating to his beliefs. No problem if not, I fully understand.
