More on the Actual Effect of FMOTL Acts

If one wishes to know the dangers of acting on absurd "freemen on the land" (FMOTL) beliefs, look no further than this Facebook group.
They believe for some reason that article 61 of the Magna Carta (1215), allowing the Barons to elect 25 of their number to petition or perhaps replace the king, somehow is (a) in force today, and (b) allows anybody, or at least any 25 people, to declare themselves not subject to the laws and, therefore, they need not pay taxes.
The result is as expected. They get notices to pay the council tax or the vehicle insurance; they refuse; they get another notice; they declare themselves lords and masters of the evil corrupt courts; they get fined and/or arrested and/or get their car or license taken away.
Ah well.

It doesn't allow any 25 people to declare themselves "not subject to the laws." It allowd 25 Lords to form a constitutional barons' committee between 1999 and 2000.
They invoked it in 2001 becausr the Nice Treaty (7th part) was given it's final ratification. Much like the US constitution, with the right to impeach their president, A.61 allows you to use diffidatio. It is NOT to be used for not paying taxes, but instead to unify. That's always the answer in the end, to come togeather as the people. Our. Ancestors knew that coming together is the only solution.
Although the Magna Carta pre-dates parliament by some 50 years it was subsequently enacted in 1297 with the passage of Edward 1’s Confirmation of the Great Charter Act, which included the words:
“And we will that if any judgement be given henceforth contrary to the points aforesaid by the justices or by any other (of) our ministers that hold plea before them against the points of the charters it shall be undone and holden for nought.”
The text later includes words to the effect that the “charter of liberties shall be kept on every
point.”
Of course, in recent times, the House of Commons has frequently attempted to interfere with
the constitution. An attempt was purportedly made to repeal Magna Carta in 1969, when the
Statute Laws (Repeal) Act was sneaked through parliament during the moon landings.
It repealed Edward 1’s Confirmation of the Great Charter Act of 1297 - but it did not repeal Magna Carta 1215 itself.
Tge right to diffidatio is recognised in the coronation of the young Henry III:
“…it shall be lawful for everyone in our realm to rise against us and use all the ways and means they can to hinder us…that each and every one shall be bound by our command…so that they shall in no way give attention to us but that they shall do everything that aims at our injury and shall in no way be bound to us until that in which we have transgressed and offenced shall have been by a fitting satisfaction brought again in due state….this having been done let them be obedient to us as they were before.”
FMOTL confuses some okay-ish people, and ultimately should not exist. Fmotl do not go down the a.61 route because they believe (of course) that they aren't their "legal name" which is laughable.

Oh, nonsense, it's all about deadbeats tryig to get out of paying their bills. All their talk about the "tyrannical" government and "illegal" taxes is especially pathetic considering most of them live on benefits and in council housing - that is, more or less lifelong welfare cases. They rely on the government to provide them with income and shelter using other people's tax money. They are just overgrown children, as should be obvious from the way they live in a fantasy world and utterly lack the ability to provide for themselves.
I think that if people would do some extensive research, that a lot of this BS that is strewed around would cease. If you check, you will find that all taxes in the United States of America are voluntary. You will also find that HJR 192 was a promise to discharge our debts, not to pay them, because the gold was taken from the people. When the gold was taken, there is no money left to pay our debts so they must be dicharged. Taxes do not go to do anything that the elite promise, they only go to the Federal Reserve for interest on the fraudulent Federal debt. And, by the way, the only 'freeloaders'are the ones that live off the government benefits.
The people have been brainwashed for years to believe that they must follow the Federal regulations(statutes), but the regulations must have YOUR CONSENT to be valid. Just think about it and do your due diligence and research

Nonsense. Taxes are not voluntary. That is why they're the law. One thing taxes definitely do NOT go to is to pay the debts of the "bankrupt" USA since the USA was never bankrupt, and abolishing the gold standard didn't make it so.
Also, you write in your homepage about the really super special February, 2017, which has four of every day of the week, which will happen "once every 828 years". In fact, EVERY February except those on leap years will have four of every day of the week.
The banks legitimize the expense by saying this is a high hazard loaning. Be that as it may, do you truly need such a costly credit. In the event that its implied for a genuine crisis, proceed. www.usacheckcashingstore.com/san-diego
